​Faris Hytiaa is a Sudanese-Canadian stand-up comedian known for his sharp storytelling and observational humor. Born in Toronto to Sudanese parents and raised in Alberta, Hytiaa brings a unique perspective to the stage, blending personal anecdotes with cultural insights.

His comedic style is characterized by a relaxed delivery and quick wit, often incorporating unpredictable crowd work that resonates with audiences. Hytiaa's influences include prominent comedians such as Dave Chappelle, Michael Che, Chris Rock, Louis C.K., John Mulaney, and Russell Peters.
Faris partnered with Telus STORYHIVE to film Telus' first ever comedy special, "SEND HELP", released in February 2023. Since then, Faris has been named as a New Face of Comedy with "Just For Laughs", and featured at all Canadian JFL Festivals along with the Winnipeg, Halifax and HubCap Comedy festivals. He’s toured all over Canada and has worked with the likes of Hasan Minhaj, Christina P, Dulcé Sloan, Neal Brennan and more.
