Since launching her comedy career in 2018, Sophie Haze has performed across Canada, showcased at Just For Laughs, and opened for Rachel Scanlon. Her debut solo album, Normal Married, was released with Howl & Roar Records in 2025.

 

Offstage, Sophie can be heard on her podcast, Community Diagnosis, where she offers her unique take on pop culture, politics, and the comedy scene.
