Leo is the first duo project from professional
improvisers and comedians; Syd Campbell and
Sam Stralak.

Both have been improvising professionally
with Edmonton based theatre company Rapid
Fire Theatre for over 10 years, as well as
writing, producing, and performing with their
respective sketch comedy troupes, Gender, I
Hardly Know Them and Marv n’ Berry. Syd and
Sam have performed and created stage
productions, film projects, and even an
improvised dance parody show called Magic
Michael XXS.
 

For the last couple years Syd has been living in
Vancouver working with improv company
Blind Tiger Comedy, and Sam is trying not to
have a broken heart about it.
 

Combining their skills and passion as a duo
has been a dream of theirs for a long time,
and tapping into the chemistry of being dear
best friends is an energy they hope to bring to
every show Leo does.
